Our Story
JC Grading Paving Solution was founded on the principle that quality workmanship and
respect for people go hand in hand. After more than a decade in the field, founder Jose
Centeno saw too many contractors cutting corners and undervaluing their crews. In
April 2024, he set out to build a company that does things differently — where precision
meets purpose, and every employee takes pride in their craft.
